Mother Earth at her most colourful. These pictures were taken on the island of Mauritius (Chamarel, Black River District), where basalt outcrops with varied mineralizations weather into motherly and colourful images.

    I was just looking at some interesting places to go in the world with one of my friends last night and this was one of them, and I was telling him about how you had gone to Mauritius, and then I looked here today and shizam, what a coincidence!

      My travel experiences from the trip to Mauritius were indeed inspiring and lasting.
